BOARDING APPLICATION

To be considered for boarding, please SUBMIT an APPLICATION below. We highly recommend SECURING your SPOT as space is becoming LIMITED! We do NOT believe in overpopulating our facilities or pastures/paddocks.

At Seven Oaks, we think your horse deserves INDIVIDUALIZED care! Like each of us, horses have INDIVIDUAL dietary requirements, so we feed YOUR REGIMEN of feed and hay twice daily. Because we CUSTOMIZE your feed, our board is a FLAT FEE which includes our services of twice daily feeding, haying, watering, daily stall mucking, and shavings (limit per month) for stall horses and twice daily feeding, haying and watering for pasture horses. You cover the cost of your feed and hay. If you want us to pick up feed, it will be cost plus 15% for handling; however, there is no sales tax. We have several quality sources we can recommend for hay. All feed  must be stored in labeled aluminum cans in the specified area (beside stall or another common area for pasture horses). If you wish to supply supplements, they must be prepped in advance and stored in airtight containers inside an aluminum can.

If there is availability for the date you desire, and your application is accepted, we require ONE-HALF a month's boarding fee as a booking/security deposit to GUARANTEE your SPOT. During the course of your board, the deposit is held in escrow and shall be REFUNDED upon completion of the boarding agreement unless the horse causes significant damage beyond normal wear and tear. If you decide not to board with us after placing a booking/security deposit, you forfeit the deposit. A BOARDING AGREEMENT will be provided PRIOR to the acceptance of any deposit.
