"Seven Oaks is the perfect place for me and my three horses. The trails around the property are easy to ride and feel like they go on forever. My boys are well cared for, and it's the best peace of mind a horse owner could wish for."

"I have enjoyed boarding at Seven Oaks for around 2 years. Whenever I have questions, they always answer and with kindness and respect. They have plenty of land to get a wet saddle pad on or if you just wanna do some round pen work, they have a great setup for that as well. They also keep you updated with everything going on at the farm which is great so there's no surprises. 10/10!"

Hi, I am Jessie H. I had a rescue British Shire mare (Sugar) and her two-week old filly (Shasta) that had to go to MSU’s College of Veterinary Medicine for 14 days. When I went to get them, I needed a full care stables to take care of them. One of the ladies at the CVM gave me Kim and Steve's number and said that they would be her first choice. I called them and told them I needed full care. I also needed someone to do daily bandaging on Sugar’s front feet and give her meds plus her foal also had a large wound needing care on her hind leg. Kim made arrangements for both Sugar and Shasta to receive the extra hoof and wound care they needed. I drive a long haul truck and live two hours north of Starkville, so it was impossible for me to do what needed to be done for my girls. Kim, Steve and Maggie, who worked for them, all took Sugar and Shasta in, and together, we all worked very hard to save Sugar from her chronic laminitis and rotated coffin bone from former abuse. Unfortunately in the end, the vets said we needed to put her down, but Steve, Kim and Maggie were all there for her with love and tears for our big beautiful girl. Sugar was given more love and affection in her last year than she had ever received in her life. For that I will always have much love and affection for this farm family. They went so far above and beyond any stables I have ever been at. They have such a beautiful place and a bit of heaven for horses. Thanks for all your hard work and love of horses.

“The Parrott’s were one of my first points of contact when I moved to Mississippi. I lived on the farm in an apartment above one of the barns. It was like living the fairytale life while completing my studies - beautiful sunrises, the most beautiful star-filled nights, and of course getting to see horses every day! I cannot recommend Seven Oaks and the Parrott’s enough. You will truly become part of the family when you land at Seven Oaks Farm.”
