We are a small farm/ boarding facility where Our Barn feels like YOUR Barn!

At Full Capacity we offer:

Full STALL Board for up to 7 mares or geldings
Full PASTURE Board for up to 10 mares or geldings
​If you have a well-mannered stallion, ask about STALL availability.

Whether easing down the farm roads, working your horse in the riding arena or round pen, winding through the trees atop the ridge, climbing the steep incline from the limestone ravine or pausing simply to enjoy nature along the way, you are sure to experience memorable times.  You may catch a glimpse of whitetail deer, observe a magnificent bald eagle in flight or run upon a flock of turkeys by the lake.  You can rest assured that no two trail adventures will ever "feel" the same.

Boarders at Seven Oaks have access to their specific boarding barn, the riding arena and round pen plus trails galore during operating hours.  .

Let us take care of the feeding and mucking, so you can enjoy your time riding on the trail, practicing on the rail or lunging your horse in the round pen.

The "Hang Out" Barn is in the process of being re-purposed as a special Dog Haven  with climate-controlled whelping rooms for our working line German Shepherds. We hope to have additional stalls available soon in another barn.

• 5 - 12’ x 12’ stalls with tenderfoot stall mats over clay flooring
• Swingout waterers & feeder doors
• Spacious air conditioned tack room
• Air conditioned Lounge/Utility/Restroom with refrigerator and microwave
• Comfortable porch swing and seating in the “Hang-out” area
• 12’ x 12’ Heated water wash rack
• Several adjoining paddocks
• Lighting plus dusk to dawn security light
• Secured gate entrance to farm
• Adjacent riding arena to ride whether conditions are wet or dry.  Landscaped with gazebo, glider swing & picnic table
• Round pen with safety panels
• Located adjacent Seven Oaks barn housed with our horses
• Access to trails with hills and hollows plus scenery galore

• Exclusive stall with access to turn-out paddock 
• Tifton Bermuda hay plus grain twice daily.  (We feed the same hay that Mississippi State's College of Veterinary Medicine feeds).
• Daily stall mucking
• Pine shavings (from same supplier of Mississippi State's College of Veterinary Medicine shavings)

The TRAILS spanning 500 acres offer the ultimate for both the occasional and avid trail rider.  Boarders at Seven Oaks have access during operating hours.  Other special event and guided rides may be scheduled throughout the year. ​
