Thank you for your serious interest in one of our precious puppies. Once we receive your inquiry and request for a Puppy Application, we will contact you. Please allow up to a week for a reply as we lead extremely busy lives.

I understand that the puppy I am considering has true English cream lineage traceable back to its UK ancestry but also may have in its lineage, cream-carrying reds, chocolate & creams or black & creams which contribute to their lovely coloration ranging from extremely light bisque cream with minimal shading to golden cream with almost no shading to rich caramel cream with heavy shading and a nice black overlay or some variation thereof. As puppies mature, they loose shading in varying degrees and depending upon their cream-carrying lineage, will have slight variations in their lovely cream coat colors. I understand that predicting a puppy's final coat appearance is not always practical and that the breeder cannot guarantee a specific cream color. *

By the time you take home a puppy from us, depending upon age, he or she will know how to potty on artificial grass (as well as outdoors), eat in a crate for meals, play in the house with access to potty grass, stay in a safe puppy play pen inside with access to a sherpa bed, potty grass and water and will have learned or be in the process of learning to sleep in a crate at night. We recommend a continuance of their routine in hopes of a smooth, less stressful transition (for both puppy and family). Please indicate what you are willing to continue until your new baby adjusts to your preferences and routine. Remember, you are your puppy's new parent, and they will look to you for boundary definition/enforcement. *

Initially while in transition, feed all meals in crate, then take to potty when done eating Allow ample time between dinnertime and bedtime and insure puppy has gone potty before crating at bedtime. Crate at night and resist taking them out due to whining, barking or begging to continue training. Keep puppy in a crate when gone for shorter period of time to reinforce potty training habits Keep puppy in a play pen with water, potty grass & a bed if your time away will be too long to stay in a crate. Keep puppy's potty area clean and sanitized.

In the event you are unable to keep the puppy/dog (no matter how old), do you agree to contact Seven Oaks and if a new home cannot be found, agree to surrender the animal back to Seven Oaks AND also agree NOT to surrender the it to a shelter or rescue? We care deeply about our "kiddos" and are willing to help their families in the event of unfortunate circumstances. *
