Happy National Puppy Day - March 23, 2018!

Puppies of ALL origin are special!

As small breeders of purebred longhaired dachshunds (only a couple of litters per year), our desire, motivation and goal is to very selectively pair the best sire and dam possible that will not only compliment one other, but also improve upon the previous generation. We do not believe in breeding a bitch or a dog just because they are pretty, or just because they have a certain personality.  We desire our sires and dams to meet the DCA/AKC standard for the breed not only in "looks," but also in temperament and adaptability to different situations.

As responsible breeders, we stand firm against puppy mills and will NEVER sell a puppy to a known "puppy miller" or "backyard breeder."  We support puppy adoption and hope all puppies and dogs in shelters and rescues find homes!

There's nothing more precious that newborn puppies suckling their momma.  Our little ones were born 3/20/18.

​ADOPTED pups grow up to be AWESOME dogs!!!

Here is a precious girl adopted by our daughter from the local shelter.  She lived with us for over a year and a half while our daughter studied abroad and subsequently began her career.  With the demands of her new job, our daughter realizes she doesn't have the appropriate time for sweet Cleo.  Rather than return her to a shelter, we are looking for a responsible, new home for Cleo.  More info on Cleo coming soon . . .

Cleo was adopted by our daughter from a local shelter. She's the most loving girl - ever!!
